What is dog grooming software?
It’s one place to run a grooming business, instead of a paper book, notebooks and spreadsheets. Groomers Club keeps your appointments, client and pet records, payments and reminders together, and gives clients a page to book online.
Does it work for mobile groomers?
Yes. It runs on your phone with nothing to install and keeps working when you lose signal. You can tap for directions, open your day’s stops in a map, and keep track of your mileage.
Does it work for a salon with staff?
Yes. Each person gets their own sign-in and calendar, and you choose what they can see and do. There are also schedules, time off, a time clock, commission and hourly pay, and more than one location if you need it.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every plan is free while we’re getting started, and you don’t need a card to sign up. A monthly fee for Pro and Unlimited may come later. You’ll be told well before it starts, and you’ll never be charged unless you choose a paid plan and agree to the price.
I’m not good with computers. Will I manage?
We built it for people who’d rather be grooming. The buttons are large, the words are plain, a short tour shows you around, and every section has a “?” that explains what it’s for.
Can I bring my clients with me?
Yes. If you keep your clients in a spreadsheet, you can bring them in all at once. You can also add them one at a time, or send new clients your sign-up page.
What can it send on its own?
On Pro and Unlimited: reminder emails before visits and vaccine reminder emails, and clients can book online by themselves. You choose what’s turned on. Automatic text messages are coming soon.
Are my clients’ details safe?
Personal details and photos are stored encrypted. Each business’s records are kept apart from every other’s, there are no ads or tracking, and nothing is sold. You can read how it all works in our Privacy Policy.
Can I leave at any time?
Yes. You can download your records whenever you like and delete your account from the Account screen. There’s no long-term commitment.
